Welcome to Steele Lens Photos! I'm Courtney Jordan-Steele, and I'm a natural light photographer who's passionate about providing people with high quality images that don't break the bank in a laid-back, flexible setting.

I studied Communications and English at Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. There I expanded my knowledge of photography and developed the skills I have today, but I am constantly working to learn more. I am proud to have experience shooting head shots, senior portraits, child portraits, maternity photos, events, and more!
 
For the most dreamy outcome, my favorite time to do sessions is in the evenings, a couple of hours before sunset. However, I am always willing to be flexible when scheduling a session.

Currently, I work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill during the week, and I practice photography on the weekends. I live in Durham, NC with my husband, Matt, and our silly fur babies, Archer and Paddington.
